The Company is regulated and supervised by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Crowdfunding Intermediary and Funding Portal in accordance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2019 ("Crowdfunding Rules").
Investree and its officers are prohibited from providing any financial assistance to investors to invest in the securities offered on or through its platform.
The Company provides interfacing services in a liaising or intermediary capacity between those parties providing funds (investors) and those in need of financing (issuers), thereby encompassing funding by corporations, organizations, or legal entities to certain legal entities. The Company does not provide any advice or funding recommendations regarding the funding options on this site.
The content and materials available on the website are intended to provide information and shall not be considered as constituting offers, solicitation, invitations, suggestions or recommendations to invest in securities, capital market products or other financial services. In rendering services, the Company is limited to administrative functions.
Funding and financing shall be placed in third party bank accounts which shall be opened and maintained by the investors and issuers for such purpose. Unless otherwise provided under the Crowdfunding Rules, neither the Company nor any of its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates or agents shall bear liability with respect to any disruption or problem that occurs or is deemed to occur due to the lack of preparation or publication of the material listed on the Company's website.
